Cuisine

All of the chain’s restaurants share a single concept under the management of brand chef Abdessattar Zituni, who adds his personal touch to each new original dish.

La Marée pulls from seven distinct culinary traditions: Russian, French, Italian, Thai, Japanese, Mediterranean, and Arabian.

Here, it’s no surprise that oysters paired with other seafood in the classical French tradition, Italian fish crudo, and Japanese sashimi can all be served on the same plate.

Wine list

The fact that Wine Spectator has nominated the restaurant for awards for ten years running is a sign that La Marée is a perfect place for seafood lovers and sophisticated wine connoisseurs alike.

Interior

A team of creative designers gave it their all to make each restaurant’s interior truly unique. Original murals, ship boards decorated with pictures of fish, ropes, and ship wheels all make guests feel like they’re out at sea.

The La Marée chain also includes small fish stores located in the same buildings as their restaurants. These stores offer a selection of the freshest fish and seafood straight from their display cases and aquariums. The entire selection is shipped by plane mere hours after being caught.
