Cаntinetta Antinori is a modern project started by Arkadiy Novikov and the Italian Antinori winery. Around for over 700 years, the house of Antinori marquises (you can find Piero Antinori’s interview in CDV4) is one of the main reasons behind the success of Italian wines in the 1970s.

The restaurant’s design is defined by the house itself, its wine cellar, and even the landscape surrounding it. The main building of the restaurant is accessed through the summer terrace decorated with wicker furniture and living trees.

The main hall is decorated in a classical style with bright walls, dark furniture, and a multitude of photographs adorning the walls. But the main center of attraction is its open kitchen, the staple of the house, and its most crucial space.

Cаntinetta Antinori isn’t afraid to be generous. His love for the Italian lifestyle reigns in his restaurant, which means abundance is a given.
